the story behind socia

THIS DIDN’T START WITH MARKETING

Football has always been a part of my world.
It’s in my name - Yasmine Chelsea.
I’ve played the game and I’ve seen the game up close.

My football marketing experience started in grassroots football, working with coaches and teams who took football seriously, but their online presence didn’t reflect.

When your presence doesn’t match your level:

  • The right people don’t choose you

  • The right opportunities don’t follow

That’s what stood out.

Two women playing soccer on a grassy field, with several people in the background watching
Socia founder Yasmine in a blue jacket holding a shiny silver trophy on a grassy field with houses and trees in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

SO I BUILT socia

Because I could see both sides.

From a football perspective - what people are actually looking for:

  • Does this look like the right level?

  • Does this feel professional?

  • Can I trust this straight away?

From a marketing perspective:

  • How fast that judgement is made

  • How little time you get to prove it

So you end up with high level level coaching, low level perception.

Not the right players.
Not the right opportunities.

I built Socia around that gap. Combining football knowledge with strategic positioning.

ONE OUTCOME

Not just seen. Not just followed. Chosen.

Chosen by the players you want, at the level you operate. Because when that’s clear, demand becomes consistent and opportunities follows. Growth becomes predictable.

WHY CHOOSE SOCIA?

  • This isn’t generic marketing applied to football.

Socia is built specifically for football academies, coaches and development programmes - understanding what players, parents and decision makers actually respond to.

Ongoing involvement in football environments and industry events ensure the approach stays relevant, informed and aligned with how the game is evolving.

  • Most content looks good but doesn’t lead anywhere.

Socia is built to turn visibility into action - attracting the right players, sponsorship opportunities and increasing session demand and attendance.

  • You’re not passed between teams.

You work directly with someone who understands your content, your audience and goals.

That means strategic support with clear direction on what to change, what to focus on and how to improve your content so it actually delivers results - from visibility through to bookings.

IF YOUR CONTENT ISN’T FILLING SESSIONS CONSISTENTLY, THIS IS WHERE IT CHANGES.
